During the 3-month waiting period, you can use My Page to consult on up to two topics a month — documents, scheduling, travel and cost — but you can’t request hospital coordination yet. You can remove the waiting period anytime with the optional Priority start fee.

Membership & fees

Membership is $199 a year, charged as a single annual payment. It covers coordination consultations on up to two topics a month — documents, scheduling, travel and cost — a dedicated coordinator, and access to our partner hospitals in Japan. Joining also carries a one-time $149 enrollment fee, which covers identity verification and screening. A 3-month waiting period applies before you can request hospital coordination, and the optional Priority start fee removes it. The $2,500 case management fee is separate and applies only if you travel for treatment. Consultations cover coordination only: Arbitra Health does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or give medical advice.

Membership & fees

It applies only when you ask us to coordinate treatment in Japan — never automatically, and never as part of membership. The fee is $2,500 per case and is agreed with you before you travel. It pays for the coordination work, not for the treatment: the hospital sets the price for your case and Arbitra Health adds no markup to it. If you stay a member without traveling for treatment, the fee never applies.

Membership & fees

It means the hospital price reaches you with nothing added by us. Each partner hospital sets the price for your case, that figure is agreed with you before you travel, and Arbitra Health adds no markup to it. What Arbitra Health charges is separate and stated up front: the annual membership fee, and the case management fee if you travel for treatment. In the rare case where complications require additional care, the hospital may bill you separately for that portion, again with no markup from Arbitra Health.

Membership & fees

Membership runs on an annual term. During your first year, cancellation isn’t available - this keeps costs fair for all members by preventing short-term sign-ups just before treatment. Starting in your second year, you can cancel with advance notice before your renewal date.

Membership & fees

Before you leave, the hospital prepares a record of your treatment to take home. The language of that packet is still being finalized, and Arbitra Health does not translate medical documents itself. If you have questions afterward, your coordinator can relay them to your care team in Japan. For urgent or emergency symptoms, always contact your local doctor or emergency services first - Arbitra Health does not provide medical advice.

Care & travel

Arbitra Health is currently available to residents of Texas, Florida, and Arizona. We’re working on bringing membership to more states and will share updates here as that expands.

Membership & fees

Your quote covers the treatment discussed with the hospital. In rare cases where complications require additional care, the hospital may bill you separately for that portion - Arbitra Health does not mark this up.

You shouldn’t have to think about the cost of care every day. Start with membership, and take that question off your mind.
